In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit against a city and police officers regarding a strip search of the plaintiff, judgment for one of the defendant-officers is reversed where no reasonable jury could find that a strip search conducted in public for no identifiable reason conformed with the Fourth Amendment.
