United States Seventh Circuit
Klementanovsky v. Gonzales, 06-3617
Petition for review of a denial of an application for a waiver of inadmissibility is denied where the distinction between deportable criminal aliens who have left the country and returned, and those who have stayed and applied for a waiver directly did not deny petitioner equal protection of the laws in violation of the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment.
