In a suit by a telephone service vendor alleging breach of contract by the service provider, dismissal of the suit is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion by denying plaintiff's request to file a fourth amended complaint and dismissing the suit since plaintiff's failure to fix shortcomings in its complaint despite advisement from the court provided ample grounds for dismissal.
