In a suit against a former employer alleging violations of the Americans with Disability Act, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff did not present sufficient evidence to create a genuine issue of fact as to whether she is disabled within the meaning of the Act, and did not present evidence that the adverse employment actions she suffered were taken by defendant in retaliation for her statutorily protected activities.
