Conviction and sentence for various firearm offenses are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the government violated his right to a fair trial by withholding material and favorable evidence; 2) a federal agent misled the grand jury by failing to disclose "exculpatory" evidence; 3) the government suborned perjury by directing an officer to testify falsely at trial; 4) the district court erred by imposing a sentence enhancement for transferring a gun with reason to believe it would be used in another felony offense; and 5) the sentencing judge engaged in double counting.
