Lambert v. Buss, 07-2378

In proceedings arising in a death penalty case, an inmate's motion for a stay of execution is denied where the district court properly concluded that plaintiff could not satisfy the stringent requirements for obtaining a preliminary injunction, with regards to his challenge to the lethal injection procedure to be used.
