United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction for aggravated bank robbery and use of a firearm during a crime of violence is affirmed over defendant's argument that the district court should have suppressed statements he made to FBI agents during two interrogations since the first interrogation was custodial and he was not given proper Miranda warnings, and the agents deliberately subjected him to a two-step interrogation in order to evade Miranda requirements.
