In a suit alleging national origin discrimination, harassment and retaliation, summary judgment for defendant is reversed and remanded on the retaliation claim where a trier of fact could infer that plaintiff was the victim of retaliation, but affirmed on the discrimination and harassment claims where the district court correctly ruled that plaintiff had not produced sufficient evidence on either claim to show a genuine issue of material fact.
