EEOC v. Concentra Health Servs., Inc., 06-3436

In an action alleging that defendant illegally retaliated against an employee for reporting a sexual affair between an employee and a supervisor, dismissal of the EEOC's amended complaint is affirmed where the complaint failed to provide defendant with sufficient notice of the nature of the EEOC's claim.
