Jennings v. IL Dep't of Corr., 06-1637

In a suit against the Illinois Department of Corrections alleging national-origin discrimination, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the claim of discrimination failed because there was no showing of a causal connection between the discriminatory conduct of two of defendant's employees and plaintiff's termination.
