Sentence for drug and weapons charges is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) any fact that increased his sentence had to be found beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury; 2) the district court was required to find beyond a reasonable doubt that he had participated in an earlier, uncharged murder because these findings resulted in a considerable increase in his sentence; 3) the district court violated his Sixth Amendment right to confrontation; 4) the evidence was insufficient to support the district court's finding that he had participated in the murder; and 5) the sentence was unreasonable.
