United States Seventh Circuit
Nunez v. US, 06-1014
Collateral attack to a plea bargain is dismissed, and a conviction for multiple drug offenses is affirmed, where defendant's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel did not apply to the period before the entry of a waiver of appeal and collateral attack, thus the waiver was valid and prevented the collateral action.
