In a suit alleging sex discrimination and retaliation, summary judgment for defendants is reversed where: 1) the district court erred by improperly weighing the parties' evidence during summary judgment; 2) plaintiff provided sufficient direct and circumstantial evidence to satisfy the direct method of proof; 3) plaintiff demonstrated a genuine issue of material fact as to whether she experienced an adverse employment action; and 4) plaintiff satisfied the requirements for the direct method of proof on her retaliation claim.
