United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Gordon, 06-2080
Sentence for embezzlement is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) he was entitled to have the amount of loss or his role in a position of trust proven to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt; 2) the government's loss calculation was erroneous; and 3) the court erred in finding that defendant did not qualify for a reduced sentence for acceptance of responsibility.
