United States Seventh Circuit
The St. Paul Travelers Cos., Inc. v. Corn Island Shipyard, Inc., 06-2137
In a declaratory action to determine plaintiff's obligation to cover the claims of a shipyard employee under a policy issued to defendant by plaintiff, summary judgment for plaintiff is affirmed where notice to plaintiff of the employee's injury was late as matter of law thereby barring coverage under the policy, the terms of which also did not provide coverage for defendant's claim.
