United States Seventh Circuit

In a suit by a former corrections employee alleging violations under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. section 1983 in his dismissal, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where, although the district court erred in declaring the suit untimely, plaintiff had not presented evidence sufficient to establish a prima facie case of either national origin discrimination or retaliation, and could not show that a constitutional violation had occurred.
