United States Seventh Circuit
Murphy v. Astrue, 06-2422
Denial of Supplemental Security Income for a child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is reversed and remanded where the ALJ's failure to contact a psychologist after receiving certain documents, and the ALJ's discounting, without explanation, of information in the documents that supported a conclusion that the child was disabled, resulted in a lack of substantial evidence supporting the ALJ's decision.
