Wagner v. Washington County, 06-2045

In a suit alleging violation of 42 U.S.C. section 1983 after sheriff's deputies arrested plaintiff during a town-hall meeting on the belief that his presence violated a protective order, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where they were immune from suit under the doctrine of qualified immunity.
