Sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute is vacated and remanded where the district court erred by not sentencing defendant as a career offender for one count of the indictment since the conduct charged was not related to defendant's earlier state cocaine conviction, and, coupled with his earlier battery conviction, it rendered him a career offender.
