United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Riley, 06-2557
Conviction and sentence for bank fraud, attempted bank fraud and mail theft are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the initial police stop and defendant's subsequent arrest lacked probable cause; 2) the district court miscalculated the amount of loss attributable to defendant's fraud; and 3) the district court erred in imposing a fine.
