Conviction and sentence for mail and wire fraud are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support a conviction for either mail fraud or wire fraud; 2) the trial court erred in failing to excuse a juror, thereby denying defendant his right to an impartial jury; and 3) the district court erred in calculating the loss amount and in applying enhancements to defendant's sentence.
