United States Seventh Circuit

Karraker v. Rent-A-Center, Inc., 06-2617

In a class action against an employer over the employer's use of a medical test for promotion purposes, denial of attorney's fees for plaintiffs is vacated and remanded where an injunction ordering the destruction of the test results conferred enough of a benefit on plaintiffs to land them within the ADA's definition of a prevailing party.
