Conviction for illegal distribution of prescription drugs is reversed where the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction on one count, but affirmed for all other counts over defendant's contentions that: 1) the jury's verdict was not supported by sufficient evidence; 2) the district court should have excluded certain medical evidence because it was subject to a physician-patient privilege and protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act; and 3) the government interfered with his defense and choice of counsel by vindictively prosecuting his attorney.
