Hossack v. Floor Covering Assocs. of Joliet, Inc., 04-3990

In a suit alleging discrimination where one participant of an extramarital affair involving two of defendant's employees was dismissed and the other retained, judgment as a matter of law for defendant is affirmed where no reasonable jury could have concluded that plaintiff was a victim of intentional sex discrimination.
