Fedosseeva v. Gonzales, 06-3216

Petition for review of a denial of asylum and withholding of removal is denied where a claim of statelessness is not grounds for asylum, and substantial evidence supported the IJ's ruling that petitioner did not suffer past persecution or have an objectively reasonable fear of future persecution.
