United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Veazey, 05-4780

Sentence for attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual conduct and interstate travel for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act with a minor is affirmed over defendant's challenge to the court's application of a "visual depiction" guidelines cross-reference after its determination that defendant committed those offenses for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct with a minor.
