United States Seventh Circuit
Int'l Bhd. of Elec. Workers v. IL Bell Tel. Co., 06-2335
In a suit by a labor union over a company's proposed shift in employee evaluation policies, grant of plaintiff's motion to compel arbitration is affirmed where a clause in the parties' collective bargaining agreement obligating the company to recognize the union as the employees' sole bargaining representative formed an adequate basis for arbitration based on the language of the arbitration clause.
