United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Williams, 05-4405

Sentence for conspiracy to possess and distribute illegal drugs is affirmed over defendant's Sixth Amendment argument where a judicial error in sentencing was harmless since there was ample evidence that defendant could have foreseen the sale of more than 50 grams of cocaine base by members of the conspiracy.
