Sims-Fingers v. City of Indianapolis, 06-2198

In a suit alleging that a city employee was paid less than some of the male employees in the same department, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) the responsibilities between the employees differed such that the claim did not violate the Equal Pay Act; and 2) the plaintiff did not offer sufficient evidence of sex discrimination to support a Title VII claim.
