United States Seventh Circuit
Lott v. Pfizer, Inc., 06-3372
In a purported class action against a pharmaceutical company alleging misrepresentation of health hazards associated with two drugs, award of attorney's fees and costs to plaintiffs is reversed where the district court erred by awarding attorneys' fees because defendant's attempt to remove the case to federal court under the Class Action Fairness Act was objectively reasonable.
