In a petition for habeas corpus, judgment of the district court is affirmed to the extent that it denied habeas corpus relief with respect to petitioner's murder conviction, but vacated insofar as it related to petitioner's sentence where petitioner's attorneys' investigation and presentation of expert psychological testimony at his trial amounted to ineffective assistance of counsel.
