In a suit alleging that a reinsurance intermediary failed to obtain adequate reinsurance for plaintiff, summary judgment for defendant is reversed where the Illinois Insurance Producers Limitations Act does not apply to reinsurance intermediaries, thus the plaintiff's claims were not barred by the act's two-year statute of limitations. Summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff failed to state a claim for implied indemnity since it failed to demonstrate that its liability resulted solely from defendant's actions.
