United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Biggs, 05-4613
Conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and possession of a firearm by a felon are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the drugs and guns at issue should have been suppressed because he was arrested without probable cause and because his subsequent consent to search was involuntary; 2) the jury should not have viewed an exhibit during deliberations; and 3) his sentence was unreasonable.
