Young v. US, 06-2591

Denial of motion for the return of funds that defendant says were "taken" by the district court as part of a defective criminal forfeiture is modified to show a dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and affirmed as modified, where the motion was an improper attempt to challenge a component of defendant's sentence.
