In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit alleging that defendants conspired to violate plaintiff's right to be free from unreasonable seizure, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) any error in the district court's reasoning in an order limiting discovery was harmless, and the court did not abuse its discretion in limiting discovery; 2) plaintiff could not show that an arresting officer violated his constitutional rights; and 3) defendant-officer had probable cause for making an arrest.
