In a contract dispute involving the provision of reorganization services to a bank, summary judgment for defendant-bank is affirmed where the clear and unambiguous language of the contract stated that the obligation to pay did not arise after analysis or presentation of reorganization recommendations, but only after an actual change was implemented.
