Griffin v. Sisters of St. Francis, Inc., 06-3312
In a suit alleging that plaintiffs were terminated from their positions because of one plaintiff's pregnancy, summary judgment for employer is affirmed where: 1) the male plaintiff had not asserted a claim that he was discriminated against because of his sex; and 2) the female plaintiff did not supply sufficient evidence from which a finder of fact could infer that she was terminated for becoming pregnant.
