Sentences for drug-related offenses are affirmed over defendants' arguments that: 1) the district court improperly based its drug-quantity calculation and sentencing enhancements on speculative and unreliable evidence; 2) their sentences disproportionately punished their relevant conduct; 3) the sentences were unreasonable; 4) the government breached its plea agreement with one defendant by failing to move for a reduced sentence in light of his cooperation; and 5) the district court erred by fining one defendant $50,000.
