United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction and sentence for drug, weapons and counterfeiting offenses are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) evidence implicating his involvement in prior drug transactions was improperly admitted; 2) statements made by counsel for the Government during closing arguments relating to prior drug transactions were improper; 3) it was error for the district court to fail to require the Government to produce for inspection the recording device worn by an informant; 4) the district court erroneously concluded that he had waived the right to counsel at sentencing; and 5) his sentence was unreasonable.
