United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Greve, 06-3127

Conviction for tax fraud is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the grand jury heard evidence illegally obtained by the IRS; 2) the IRS conducted a covert criminal investigation under the guise of a routine civil audit; and 3) the district court erred by denying his motion for an evidentiary hearing.
