Conviction and sentence for weapons offenses are affirmed where the district court properly denied a motion to suppress evidence since there was probable cause for the traffic stop that produced the evidence, and the district court: 1) properly found that defendant's assertion of duress was improbable; and 2) did not err in denying his request for a lower sentence.
