Kodl v. Bd. of Educ. Sch. Dist. 45, 06-3306

In a suit alleging discrimination and retaliation, summary judgment for defendant-employer is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff could not show that the employer's reasons for transferring her were pretext; and 2) plaintiff did not engage in protected speech.
