United States Seventh Circuit
Williams v. Excel Foundry & Mach., Inc., 06-1863
In a suit against a former employer alleging that plaintiff's termination violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, summary judgment for defendant-employer is affirmed where no reasonable jury could find that plaintiff was disabled within the meaning of the ADA since there was no indication that his ability to stand was far below average.
