Sentence for conspiracy to distribute and attempt to manufacture methamphetamine is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the district court erred when it found that he was not a "minor participant" in the conspiracy; 2) he was eligible for the Sentencing Guideline's safety valve provision; and 3) the sentence was unreasonable because the district court failed to properly calculate his guideline range or consider and apply 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a).
