Ammons-Lewis v. Metro. Water Reclamation Dist., 05-3123
In a suit against a local government unit for sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, a jury verdict and district court judgment in favor of defendant are affirmed over defendant's challenges to: 1) the jury selection process; 2) the introduction of photographic evidence; 3) the defendant's failure to disclose the full name of a witness; and 4) the jury instructions related to plaintiff's harassment claim.
