Tandia v. Gonzales, 06-2471

Petition for review of a denial of asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture is granted where the IJ's credibility determination rested on erroneous conclusions and the IJ failed to support the determination that petitioner's testimony was not corroborated by evidence in the record.
