Singh v. Gonzales, 06-3177

Petition for review of a denial of withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture is denied where petitioner's retraction of statements made in a sworn affidavit gave the IJ good reason to doubt his credibility, and petitioner offered no evidence to explain the discrepancy.
