SEC v. Nat'l Presto Indus., Inc., 05-4612

In an agency action to force a company into compliance with the registration, organization and reporting provisions of the Investment Company Act, an injunction requiring registration as an investment company is reversed where the company had reallocated its assets so as to fall outside of the Act's requirements, and the company is allowed to drop the registration regardless of whether the SEC approves of the step.
