United States Seventh Circuit
Nissan N. Am., Inc. v. Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile, Inc., 05-1786
In a suit to compel arbitration of a dispute regarding plaintiff's termination of defendant's car dealership, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the only existing agreement to arbitrate had expired by its own terms, thus there was no written agreement containing an arbitration clause that governed the parties' relationship at the time of termination.
