Sentence on charges of drug conspiracy is affirmed where: 1) defendant did not develop a sufficient argument that his sentence was unreasonable in light of the sentencing factors in 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a); 2) there was no plain error in the district judge's refusal to account for the disparity between guidelines ranges for crack offenses and powder cocaine offenses; 3) the existence of a prior conviction did not require determination by a jury; and 4) there was no plain error in the imposition of a condition of supervised release requiring drug and alcohol treatment.
